Electrical Services for Your Home

We hold a Master Electrical License, and the people who work in your home are licensed and insured electricians. Our work covers panels, repairs, lighting, EV chargers, rewiring, remodel wiring, generators, home battery backup, surge protection and torque and clean service on existing equipment. Every finished job is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty that covers the labor we put into it.

  • Open outdoor breaker panel with its cover removed, showing breakers and wiring, beside a gray electric meter on a tan brick house wall next to a wooden fence

    Electrical Repair

Tripping breakers, warm outlets and dead circuits traced to the cause, then repaired with the power safely off and the result tested.

  • Lighting Installation

Ceiling fixtures, recessed lights, fans and outdoor lighting installed on properly rated boxes, with every circuit tested dead before we open it.

  • Generator Service & Repair

Maintenance, testing and repair for home standby generators and transfer switches, done with the unit locked out and every connection checked.

  • Home Battery Backup

Quiet, fuel-free backup power for the circuits you rely on, sized to your home and installed with careful attention to your panel and wiring.

  • Remodel & Addition Wiring

New circuits, outlets and lighting for kitchens, baths and added rooms, laid out with you and checked by inspection before drywall goes up.

  • Code Corrections

Turn a home inspection or permit write-up into finished, tested corrections, with each item explained and every fix made to current code.

  • Surge Protection

A surge protector mounted at your electrical panel, installed after we confirm your grounding and bonding can carry a surge safely away.

  • Torque & Cleans

A scheduled maintenance visit where we de-energize your panel, clear out dust and debris, and bring every terminal back to its rated torque.

What Shapes the Cost of Electrical Work

We do not quote prices over the phone sight unseen, because two jobs with the same name can differ a great deal once the wall or panel is open. These are the things that move the number most.

After we look at the job in person, you get a written estimate broken into line items. Nothing beyond that scope is done without your approval first.

Size and scope
Replacing one outlet and adding a dedicated circuit across the house are very different jobs. The number of devices, the length of each run and the amperage involved all count.
Access to the wiring
Open attic space and an accessible panel make for quicker work. Finished ceilings, tight crawl spaces or long runs through exterior walls take more time and more patching.
Condition of what is already there
Brittle insulation, scorched terminals, aluminum branch wiring or an undersized service can turn a small job into a correction that has to happen first. We show you photos of anything like that before work goes further.
Equipment and materials
Panel brand, breaker type, fixture selection, generator size and EV charger model all affect cost. We can explain the trade-offs between options without pushing the most expensive one.
Permits, inspections and utility coordination
Larger jobs such as panel upgrades, generators and new circuits often need a permit and inspection, and some need the utility involved. We handle that paperwork as required by the local jurisdiction and include it in the estimate.

A Small Electrical Company That Works Slowly Where It Matters

We are a residential electrical company serving Westworth Village and the communities around it. Our work is in people's homes, around their families and pets, so we treat every panel, attic and garage as a place where a mistake would matter.

That shapes the small habits you will notice: shoes covered or drop cloths down at the door, power tested before hands go near it, and a label on every breaker we touch. It also shapes how we talk to you. We explain what we found in plain words and let you choose, because a homeowner who understands the wiring makes better decisions about it.

How We Keep Your Home Safe While We Work

Most electrical problems we see were made worse by a shortcut. We would rather take the extra half hour.

Power verified off, every time
Before we open a panel cover or a device box, we test the circuit with a meter, then test the meter on a known live source. A breaker label is a guess until it has been checked.
We find the cause, not just the symptom
A tripping breaker is usually telling you something: an overloaded circuit, a failing appliance or a loose connection heating up. We trace it back so the fix holds instead of hiding the warning.
Materials chosen for the load
We size wire, breakers and devices to what the circuit actually carries, use copper-rated terminations, and torque connections to the manufacturer's specification. Those details are invisible once the cover goes back on, and they are what keep a connection cool for years.
A clean, protected workspace
Drop cloths go down before tools come out. We cut drywall only where we have to, vacuum as we go, and leave covers, plates and fixtures straight and flush.
Straight answers on repair or replace
If a breaker or fixture can be repaired safely, we say so. If a panel or old wiring has reached the end of its life, we show you what we found and explain why.

Common Questions From Homeowners

Do you handle permits?
Yes, whenever a job needs one. Panel upgrades, generators, EV chargers, new circuits and rewiring usually require a permit and then an inspection. We file it the way the local jurisdiction asks, list the cost on your written estimate and book the inspection ourselves, so you never have to track it down.
What makes a breaker trip over and over?
Breakers shut off to keep wiring from carrying more current than it should. Common reasons are a circuit with too many things plugged in, an appliance or motor going bad, a loose or damaged connection, or a worn-out breaker. During North Texas summers, AC and window units often tip a crowded circuit over its limit. Flipping it back on repeatedly does not solve anything, so we test the circuit to pin down the cause.
How much time does a panel upgrade take?
The swap itself generally fills most of a workday, with your power off for a good part of it. Planning, the permit and sometimes the utility's schedule come first. You get the expected outage window ahead of time so you can plan, and once everything checks out we bring circuits back one by one.
Is it possible to put an EV charger in my garage?
For most homes it is. A Level 2 charger is a big load that runs steadily, so we start by checking your panel's capacity. With room to spare, we wire a dedicated circuit to where the charger will go. Without it, we walk you through the choices, such as load management or a panel upgrade.
An outlet is hot or smells burnt. What now?
Quit using it and turn off its breaker. If it is safe to do so, unplug whatever is connected. If there is smoke, sparking or fire, get out of the house and call the fire department. When everything is safe, call us to schedule a visit, and we will track down the cause before that circuit is used again.
Is your work under warranty?
Every job we finish carries a 1-year workmanship warranty. It applies to our labor: the connections we made, the devices we installed and the circuits we ran. If something fails within that year because of how we did the work, call us and we will come back to fix it.
If a repair is enough, will you say so?
Yes. A lot of problems come down to one loose terminal, a failed device or a bad breaker. We would rather fix that the right way than sell you new equipment you have no use for, and we show you what we found in every case.

How a Job Runs From the First Call

Your call books a service visit. From there, the steps are the same whether the job takes an hour or a week.

  1. 1

    Book the visit by phone

Tell us what is happening, where and how long it has been going on. We set a time for an electrician to come out and look.

  2. 2

    Inspect and test

We look at the panel, test the affected circuits and check connections. You see what we see, with photos when something is hidden behind a cover.

  3. 3

    Written estimate and your decision

We lay out the options in writing, line by line. You decide what to do, and nothing starts until you agree.

  4. 4

    Safe, tidy installation

We protect floors and furniture, shut off and verify power, do the work, then restore power one circuit at a time while checking each one.

  5. 5

    Inspection and walkthrough

Where a permit applies, we schedule the inspection. Then we walk you through what changed, label the panel clearly and clean up before we leave.

Ready to Have It Looked At Properly

Tell us what you are noticing, whether it is a flickering light, a warm panel or a project you are planning. We will set a time to come out, test it and explain what we find.
